Program Description: The Perinatal Empowerment Program provides a continuum care from pregnancy to parenting through linguistically and culturally appropriate classes including: Labor and delivery support Breastfeeding support Tobacco and 2nd hand smoke awareness Newborn care and Developmental stages Postpartum depression awareness Child passenger safety awareness and installation Parenting education workshops including nurturing and development milestone from 0-12 months old
