Program Description: 123Read is a program developed by the Alameda County Family Justice Center and based on the concept of the Talk-Read-Sing initiative created by the Hillary Clinton Foundation. 123Read targets children generally ages 0-5 and their caregivers. 123Read was created to provide a fun, safe, and educational environment for both child and caregiver. The program teaches caregivers the importance and benefits of early childhood education focusing on reducing the word gap.
