Congratulations on becoming a new mom! Right now you may be feeling a lot of emotions. If you are excited, worried, overwhelmed, or overjoyed, then you’re totally normal. Finding a circle of support is a great way to lessen the stress of caring for a newborn. At each of our support groups, moms will get to share their feelings, ask questions and build friendships with one another. Come and join us and bring your baby along!

Help Me Grow Alameda County is a no-cost information and referral helpline for the babies you love. We can help you find a playgroup, find out when your child will start walking (or stop crying!) or help you prepare your child for school. Help Me Grow can answer the questions parents have about their kids ages birth to 5. No question too big or too small.
