Berkeley - Trick or Treat & Halloween Festival
Trick or treat on Fourth Street.
Over 80 merchant shops will be waiting for trick or treaters! The festivities include face painters, scary hair booth, art activities, bubble show and much more! Costumed characters will also be present for photo ops.
