The responsibilities of parenting can easily lead to stress, overwhelm, and caregiver burnout. Learn practical tools that not only reduce the stress and overwhelm of parenting but also build a sense of rhythm, vitality and ease within your body and daily routine for you and your family. In this workshop, we will optimize your energy and time; discover how to effectively navigate your nervous system; and quickly reset and create a state of calm in both body and mind using breathwork, movement and self-massage. We will discuss simple life-hacks to increase quality of sleep, boost immunity, optimize energy, enhance digestion and bring a little more ease into your life. In addition, we will discuss current parenting challenges and explore solutions to fit your needs.
