Program Description: Congratulations on becoming a new mom! Right now you may be feeling a lot of emotions. If you’re excited, worried, overwhelmed, and overjoyed, then you’re totally normal. Finding a circle of support is a great way to lessen the stress of caring for a newborn. At each of our support groups, moms will get to share their feelings, ask questions, and build friendships with one another. Alexis Azzam, MFT, a mom and licensed marriage and family therapist, will offer lots of information along with tips for decreasing isolation and bonding with your infant. Tue, Jan 16, 23, & 30 | 10:30 am – 12 pm Tue, Feb 6 | 10:30 am – 12 pm
