Program Description: What is ASQ? The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), a developmental screening tool, is an effective and efficient tool used to gauge the developmental progress of children. The ASQ can also be used to accurately identify children who may be at risk for developmental delays. The ASQ consists of a series of simple questions regarding a child's abilities that can be answered by parents and caregivers. Who should be screened? The ASQ is designed for all children ages 2 months to 5 1/2 years old. How can I schedule an appointment? Visit the Oakland Family Resource Center, located at the Eastmont Town Center, or contact us at (510)2671860 to make an appointment.
