San Leandro – Manor Library Annual Halloween Family Fun Fest
Enjoy a Halloween afternoon at San Leandro Manor Branch.
Join Washington Manor Branch Library for some spooky fun games and activities. Children will win prizes and can enter a raffle drawing for a pumpkin. This event is free and best for children 12 and under. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged.
