Fremont - Garden Grounding: Roots of Gratitude Drop-In Program

Take a peaceful pause in the Nectar Garden to practice mindfulness and gratitude at Coyote Hills Regional Park. 

Families are invited to slow down and connect with nature through quiet reflection and grounding activities during the autumn blooms. Participants will follow gentle garden paths, enjoy the calm of the season, and cultivate a sense of gratitude together. This program is wheelchair accessible and open to all ages; parent participation is required. Parking fees apply where charged.
