Oakland – Afro-Urban Beats For Children and Caregivers
The Oakland Public Library is offering families a dance workshop for children and caregivers at the Elmhurst Branch.
Children and caregivers will participate in an Afro-Urban dance session led by Miss Kanukai that encourages movement, rhythm, and shared cultural expression. The program is part of Black History Month and asks participants to wear comfortable clothing and secure shoes. Registration required.
