All parents possess a wealth of cultural wisdom, which is reflected in family values. Many of us also carry generational wounds that can hinder us from reaching our full potential. Participants will gain concrete tools to honor traditions, identify triggers, and heal past wounds. This will allow them to nurture healthier family dynamics and relationships.
