Berkeley – Mind Matters: Being Good Friends & Helping Others Workshop
Berkeley Public Library is inviting children and caregivers to explore emotions and friendship skills through interactive workshops.
Children and caregivers participate in conversations and activities focused on kindness, friendship, and supporting others through difficult feelings. The workshop is designed for children ages 5-12 and encourages families to build social-emotional skills together.
