Berkeley - Papel Picado Craft

Celebrate Hispanic and Latine Heritage Month with Berkeley Public Library.

Make Papel Picado, a traditional Mexican decorative craft made by cutting designs into sheets of tissue paper. Program is for children 6 -12 years old with their adult or caregiver.
