Fremont – Halloween Treat Bag Decorating
Stop by Fremont Library to decorate a treat bag. Join te library for a fun craft where children will get to decorate a reusable canvas tote bag for Halloween. The program is most appropriate for children 5 and up. Space and supplies are limited. Free tickets will be handed out 15 minutes before the event at the Children's Information Desk.
