The program teaches parenting skills that support healthy parent-child relationships and positive discipline practices. Participants learn ways to reduce family stress and strengthen communication with their children through guided sessions and coaching.

BANANAS is inviting postpartum parents to join a supportive yoga class focused on movement, self-care, and connection with baby. 

Postpartum parents can relax, stretch, strengthen core muscles, and ease tension while participating in gentle yoga exercises with their babies nearby. The online class creates space for movement, recovery, and community support during the postpartum period.

BANANAS is inviting parents and caregivers to learn ways to build language skills during everyday grocery trips. 

The online workshop features guidance from a pediatric speech therapist on building communication and vocabulary skills during regular grocery store trips. Participants will also learn simple sign language related to food items and daily routines through interactive activities and discussion.

The virtual class series will cover positive parenting techniques, discipline strategies, stress management, and tools for building a safe and supportive home environment. Participants can connect with other caregivers, learn from certified facilitators, and receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
