Free Meals and Groceries Available for East Oakland Residents Facing Food Insecurity.

Individuals experiencing food insecurity can visit the East Oakland Collective’s (EOC) distribution hub for free, freshly prepared meals from local restaurants and a selection of groceries including produce, meat, and shelf-stable items. Onsite registration is required, and on a first come first served basis. Priority will be given to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and pregnant women.Spanish interpretation will be available.

Livermore Public Library offers a welcoming space for homeschooling families to connect and learn together. 

Library staff will provide a shared space and craft materials where families with children and teens ages 0 to 18 can meet, socialize, and build community.

Melrose Library invites parents and caregivers to an outdoor playtime. 

Families will enjoy open play in the garden space where young children can explore and interact in an outdoor setting. The program is designed for children ages 0 to 5 and their caregivers.
