Our toll-free phone line is open Monday – Friday from 9am - 5pm. Call to speak to a trained Care Coordinator who will:
- Listen to your questions and concerns
- Provide information and support for your child’s development, learning and behavior
- Help you access local resources

If you have questions or concerns about a child, we prefer to communicate with you by phone. Email us your phone number and a preferred time to call you. Our Care Coordinators will call you back. If you have questions or want to know more about Help Me Grow Alameda County, Alamedakids.org, the Alameda Kids Resource Directory or the “Will They Grow Out of It?” campaign, please email us. We can respond by email or a staff member can call you back.
