San Leandro – Mamá a Mamá: ¡Juntas Podemos Hacer Mucho Más!

Starting Out Strong is hosting a support group for Spanish-speaking mothers. 

Participants can share experiences and receive support while navigating perinatal depression and anxiety. The six-week group is led by therapist Yesenia Chávez, MSW, LCSW, and registration is required.
