Oakland – 32nd Annual Día de los Muertos Community Celebration
The Oakland Museum of California and its Día de los Muertos Committee honors loved ones and ancestors with a daylong community gathering.
Watch the opening procession, danza, and live music, then decorate sugar skulls, make tin art and paper puppets, and get calavera face painting. Explore community ofrendas, browse the mercado for handmade goods, and bring a picnic to enjoy in the gardens.
