Virtual – Responding to Tears Workshop
This workshop is presented by BANANAS. When your little one has a meltdown you don’t want to lose your cool and say things you regret or dole out consequences that don’t work. In this workshop you’ll learn the key to helping your child work through upsets and get back to calm, cooperative behavior. Dublin – Family Art: Meditative Circles of Watercolors
Make art at Dublin Library. The main objective of this class is to learn that art can be an outlet and a way for us to calm down, reduce stress, and become more mindful of our actions.
