Family Paths invites parents and caregivers to a supportive 6-week online course to learn positive parenting skills. 

The informative series hosted by a certified facilitator offers families a chance to learn how children grow and develop while creating a more supportive home environment. Class will be hosted in Spanish.

Time: 6:30PM - 8:30PM 

Cost: Free for qualifying Alameda County residents; sliding scale for others.

The City of Alameda is inviting families to participate in free summer recreation activities for children and caregivers. 

Children can take part in games, creative play, and recreation activities during the afternoon drop-in program at local open spaces. The program is designed for a wide range of ages and gives families flexible opportunities to enjoy outdoor play and community activities throughout the summer. Registration is required.

Children and caregivers take part in activities and discussions focused on understanding feelings, confidence, and emotional awareness. The workshop is designed for children ages 5-12 and includes opportunities for families to learn and practice social-emotional skills together.
