Monday 11/09/2026	Fremont – Kids Yoga and Movement Enjoy yoga at Fremont Library. Children ages 6-12 are welcome. Yoga helps kids to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. This instructor led program will take the kids through gentle yoga poses. Please dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel.
