Children, parents, and caregivers will have a blast laughing, signing, and singing with Teacher Bill, author of the book, Signs of a Happy Baby. Mr. Bill integrates American Sign Language (ASL) into his storytime. Seats are limited, and a ticket is required to attend this storytime.
