Program Description: The Youth and Family Opportunity (YFO) Program provides services to develop place-based, integrated systems of services, support services, and opportunities to serve youth and families. YFO increases access to health and wellness services for low-income and uninsured children and their families in Alameda County by offering prevention services, provided at the Fuller Neighborhood Resource Center and Glad Tidings Church as well as other locations, based on need. We offer free on-site community classes/workshops, such as English as a Second Language (ESL), Zumba, yoga/meditation, diabetes classes, as well as workshops and training on other specialized topics.
