Program Description: Housing programs are available to eligible women and children experiencing homelessness. Shelter Plus Care: The Shelter Plus Care program provides long term rental assistance and case management for eligible homeless persons with disabilities. Family Housing Resource Center: for Berkeley, Albany and Emeryville families Our case managers can discuss and review your situation to provide housing retention problem solving and other resources to those currently or facing homelessness. We will provide housing assessments to those families that are eligible and can provide other agencies for those located in other cities and counties.
