Program AKA (also known as): The Hub

Program Description: The Hub Family Resource Center provides the following services: •Assistance with obtaining Medi-Cal, Cal Fresh (food stamps), Covered Ca, Health PAC, Kaiser Child Health Program, CalWorks, General Assistance, and CAPI •Community Liaison to AC SSA •DACA Applications/Renewals •Housing & Job Search •Assistance with domestic violence paperwork, child support and related paperwork •Application Assistance: EDD, USDI, SSI, Family Leave, etc. •School Information/ Advocacy (SARB/COST/SST/IEP, etc.) •Food Pantry •Community referrals •Workshops (Immigration, College Readiness, Nurturing Families, etc.) •Peer Counseling •Light case management •Support to HUSD Staff and Parent Outreach Workers
