Program Description: YFS provides advocacy services for parents/families of Deaf/DeafBlind/DeafDisabled/Hard of Hearing/LateDeafened children. Bloom Program serves age 0-8 Deaf/DeafBlind/DeafDisabled/Hard of Hearing children and families. Rise Program serves age 9 to 22 youth and their families. Services include IFSP/IEP/ITP advocacy, individual advocacy, independent living skills instruction, and community education. YFS offers Family Mentoring services throughout 14 counties that DCARA serves.
