Program AKA (also known as): Oakland Public Library presents
Program Description: Reading for fun during the summer helps children maintain or improve their skills so that they are ready to start school again in the fall. OPL's Kids' Summer Reading rewards children for reading and doing different types of activities this Summer. Kids who participate weekly during the Summer can choose a free prize book and are eligible to win other prizes. Books and prizes will be distributed following the end of the program.
