Program Description: Stay Ready for School provides culturally responsive, community-centered services to families in East Oakland in order to improve health, education, and developmental outcomes among young children of African descent. We focus on improving health and birth outcomes and empowering parents to become better equipped to navigate their children's school systems and community resources.
