Program Description: For people in an urgent situation with no access to food, the Food Bank can do a home delivery of fruits, vegetables, and shelf-stable items. People are first screened for general eligibility, then screened for short- or long-term home delivery. Deliveries are made on a weekly basis. Days and Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Providers can also refer clients to the Food Bank to be screened for home-delivered groceries by visiting foodnow.net. Counties/Cities Served: Alameda County Languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese. All other languages supported by interpreter.
