Program Description: The Family Partnership Program is a home visiting program designed to help families in CalWORKs who have infants and children under 3 years old participate in a comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and inclusive program to help meet the emotional, social, health, nutritional, and psychological needs of their children, and also support the parents and families in improving their lives.
