Program Description: BrightLife Kids is free behavioral health support for all California kids ages 0–12. Get virtual coaching for kids, teens, and families. Create an account to get started. Our expert coaches help kids navigate everything from sleep to screen time to separation anxiety — and help boost your confidence with resources for parents, too. No cost, no insurance needed, no referral required.
