Program Description: Early Childhood Special Education services are for children ages 3 to 5 and are provided through Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Services are available to children with eligible disabilities and/or delays. They are designed to meet the specific educational needs of each child and are based on an Individual Educational Plan (IEP).
