Program AKA (also known as): Mission Valley SELPA program

Program Description: School district Early Start program serves children with solely low-incidence disabilities; a child has to be visually impaired, orthopedically impaired or deaf/hard-of-hearing impaired, otherwise referrals go to the Regional Center of the East Bay.

General Comments: All Infants 0-3 who receive district services are served by Fremont Unified School District.
