Program Description: East Bay Agency for Children operates student and family support service programs designed to (1) remove barriers to students’ learning and (2) help families receive resources and support. The center's dual-language (English/Spanish) programs provide support for literacy and social-emotional skills to help prepare children and their families for Kindergarten.

General Comments: The Hawthorne Family Resource Center offers a family resource center open to the community that is a gateway to the services at the Hawthorne Family Resource Center. Services include: family workshops, two parent - child programs, community closet, short - term case management and information and referrals.
