Program Description: Home-based support for parents with intellectual disability and their children. Adaptations (e.g. cognitive adaptations, adaptations in communication) and case management. See Adaptive Baby Care Equipment for adaptations when there are physical as well as cognitive disability issues.

General Comments: There is a family systems approach, and teamwork between mental health, developmental and occupational therapy staff to address issues.
