Program AKA (also known as): R&R

Program Description: 4Cs provides child care resource and referral services in southern Alameda County (Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union City). Families receive free child care referrals, information about choosing child care and parenting support services. Families receive information about child care subsidy programs. Families with children with special needs receive support from Inclusion Services staff. Child care providers receive technical assistance, resources and training.
