Program AKA (also known as): Strong Families
Program Description: Strong Families is a home visiting program providing services to pregnant and parenting families with Native children under the age of three in Alameda County. The program facilitates the healing and growth of safe, loving, and strong American Indian and Alaskan Native families. Strong Families supports families in accessing healthcare services, having a healthy pregnancy, learning about infant care, and getting linked to community resources.
