Program Description: 4Cs has a special invitation for children 2 - 5 years of age and the people who love and care for them - grandparents, aunts, uncles, other family members and family friends. Join us for a morning of fun, activity, story time, and movement! Participants will receive materials, incentives and might be eligible to receive a stipend. Sessions are on Fridays.
