Program Description: Relationship-based early intervention services provided to infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays, and their families. Infant Development Specialists collaborate weekly with care providers in their homes, communities, and/or child care settings to support development and positive relationship development. Enrolled families are invited to a regular caregiver and child developmental play group and various community outings. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
