This workshop is presented by BANANAS. Understanding Your Nervous System Join the Calm and Connected workshop and learn how to rewire emotional responses. Parents will dive deep unlocking a powerful approach to understand their nervous system, discovering how past experiences shape current reactions, and develop practical strategies to interrupt automatic stress patterns.
