Fremont – Kids Yoga and Movement
Join Fremont Library for Kids Yoga and Movement. Kids ages 6-12 are welcome to join. Yoga helps kids to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect.
