Join Fremont Library for Kids Yoga and Movement.

Kids ages 6-12 are welcome to join. Yoga helps kids to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. Please dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel. This is a free ticketed event with limited capacity.
