Congratulations on becoming a new mom! Right now you may be feeling a lot of emotions. If you are excited, worried, overwhelmed, or overjoyed, then you’re totally normal. Finding a circle of support is a great way to lessen the stress of caring for a newborn. At each of our support groups, moms will get to share their feelings, ask questions and build friendships with one another. Come and join us and bring your baby along!

Get your ya-yas out! Let's all have fun together dancing to songs the little ones know and love and other music that's new to them. Parents, caregivers, toddlers and preschoolers are all welcome to hit the dance floor and move their bodies at this inclusive event.

Understanding Your Nervous System Join the Calm and Connected workshop and learn how to rewire emotional responses. Parents will dive deep unlocking a powerful approach to understand their nervous system, discovering how past experiences shape current reactions, and develop practical strategies to interrupt automatic stress patterns. By exploring the roots of anger, anxiety, and emotional triggers, participants will learn techniques to break intergenerational cycles of reactive behavior. This workshop is about empowering parents to create intentional, connected, and resilient relationships with themselves and their children.
