By exploring the roots of anger, anxiety, and emotional triggers, participants will learn techniques to break intergenerational cycles of reactive behavior. This workshop is about empowering parents to create intentional, connected, and resilient relationships with themselves and their children.

This is a series designed to empower all fathers and help navigate relationships and social norms that may hinder effective parenting. Enjoy a sing-a-long sign language storytime.

Children, parents, and caregivers will have a blast laughing, signing, and singing with Teacher Bill, author of the book, Signs of a Happy Baby. Mr. Bill integrates American Sign Language (ASL) into his storytime. Seats are limited, and a ticket is required to attend this storytime. Tickets will be handed out outside 15 minutes prior to the start of the program.
