Program Description: A Better Way's Early Childhood Services are designed to deliver early intervention that facilitates the emotional well-being and optimal development of infants and young children, ages birth through age 5, at risk for emotional, behavioral, and developmental problems. Services include: developmental screening; assessment; monitoring; dyadic and family therapy; and parent support. We work with biological, foster, and adoptive parents as well as any other significant caregivers who play a role in the child’s life. Our treatment teams are multidisciplinary and include a mental health clinicians, family partners, and when appropriate, mental health rehabilitation services with behavior intervention specialists. Services are relationship and strength-based, family driven, culturally and linguistically sensitive, and incorporates evidence-based and evidence informed interventions.
