Program Description: We offer services for children ages 0- 6 with developmental and/or behavioral concerns. Our department provides a range of programs to meet the mental health, educational and psycho-social support for vulnerable children and their families who reside in Alameda County. Children must have Full-Scope Alameda County Medi-Cal with no secondary insurance or out of pocket expense. For more information, please call our office directly at 510-428-3408.

Referral Consent For ServicesGeneral Comments: All Referrals are processed through our Central Authorization Unit. Please complete a separate form for each child and include their Medi-Cal number. Fax all relevant forms to Central Authorization at: 510-985-2202.
