Description: The Parenting Stress Helpline at (800) 829-3777 supports families and caregivers of children ages 0–21 and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The helpline is staffed by professional and volunteer counselors who help parents and caregivers with a wide range of parenting concerns. Counselors are available to talk with parents about stress related to parenting infants, children, and teenagers, as well as other family concerns.
