Description: Circle of Care - East Bay Agency for Children assists children and families who are coping with grief and illness in their lives. Free or low cost peer support groups and individual counseling services are available for children and families who are facing the life threatening illness or death of a family member. We are one of the very few programs in the country devoted exclusively to the needs of children and families who are experiencing illness or death of a loved one. Fees are set on a moderate sliding scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay. Families referred to Circle of Care should call directly (510) 531-7551 x3195.
